We provide free shipping service worldwide.

1.  When can I receive the package?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

1.1 Processing Time

You can see the processing time in the description on the product information page.

Most Orders will be shipped out in 7-15 business days once the payment was cleared. Some of the costume needs 7-25 business days to ship.Please note the description of the individual costumes. 

The costumes(Only costume) that labeled Ready to ship or noted "XXX are ready to ship and can be shipped within 24 hours!" in the descripton can be shipped in 48 hours and no need for processing. Click here to see ready to ship items: Ready to ship 

During Halloween time, the time may be around 20 working days due to the heavy workload that time.

 

1.2 Shipping Time/shipping fee

For US customer:

Free shipping 9-15 business days. No shipping fee.

 

For customers from other countries other than the United States:

  • Free shipping :9-12 business days. No shipping fee.
  • Standard shipping :4-7 business days. Shipping fee $15 ,Over 5KG charge additional $10 per 2KG
  • Fast shipping :3-5 business days. Shipping fee $30, Over 5KG charge additinal $5 per 2KG

 

2.  What to do if there are logistics delays or package loss?

1.1 Logistic information delay

Under normal circumstances, your package will arrive at your address as scheduled.
If you notice that the tracking information has stopped updating, it may be due to a network delay or a delay in the logistics system updating. Please try refreshing the page 1–3 times or check back again after 2–3 days.

If there is still no update after that time, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

1.2 Package loss

If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 3–5 days, or if the tracking status indicates that your package has been returned or lost, please contact our customer service team promptly and provide your order number.

Our logistics team will investigate the status of your shipment and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

In the event that your package is confirmed as lost, we offer the following resolution options for you to choose from:

  1. Receive a 30% refund and a replacement shipment

  2. Receive a full refund

For US customers:

Please visit USPS Website and input the tracking number we provide.

For UK customers:

Please visit Parcel force Website, input the tracking number we provide AND select the checkbox of "Inbound international parcel."

For Canadian customers:

Please visit Canada Post Website and input the tracking number we provide.

For Australian customers:

Please visit Australia Post Website and input the tracking number we provide.

For customers from other countries:
